An AI customer-service agent for businesses. It answers customers in Nepali and English on Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok and Viber, at any time of day. I built it end to end: the AI agent, the integrations, the backend and the infrastructure.

The problem
Businesses in Nepal get most of their customer questions as chat messages, spread across Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok and Viber, in Nepali as well as English, and at every hour of the day. Answering all of them by hand is slow, and messages that arrive after hours often go unanswered.
What I built
- An AI agent that replies to customers in Nepali and English, at any time of day
- Integrations with the Messenger and Instagram APIs, the WhatsApp Business Platform, TikTok and Viber, so one agent covers every channel
- The backend that runs the agent and the integrations
- The infrastructure underneath, which I own and operate end to end
